Order Processing Time
- Orders within the USA: 1-4 business days for processing.
- Orders for Europe and the rest of the world: 3-5 business days for processing.
Shipping Schedule
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday).
- Please note that weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not considered part of the shipping days.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that can be used to monitor the delivery status.
Differentiating Processes
- Sending, preparing, and shipping are separate processes, each with a designated timeframe.
Delivery Times
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen during checkout.
- Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and depends on the shipping method the customer chosen.
- Please allow additional time for customs clearance for international orders.
Custom Taxes
Our prices DO NOT include VAT, GST, or other country taxes.
International customers may be subject to customs duties. If so, you will receive an email from either GFS Gateway, First Mile, or your local customs authorities, requesting payment to facilitate the customs clearance process for your order. Regrettably, it is not possible to bypass the customs requirements. Once the payment is made to the customs broker, your order will proceed for final delivery.
